How To Apply
Our application process for the 2025-26 school year will begin in the fall of 2024. Please INQUIRE to be notified.
If you are interested in the 2024-25 school year, please contact Admissions at admissions@nwacademy.org , as we still have openings in some grades.
Thank you for your interest in applying on behalf of your student to Northwest Academy. To begin, please submit an inquiry so our admissions team will be able to connect with you, and keep you updated on important dates and events. It will also enable you to schedule a campus tour and access the application form. Admission Process:
- Attend a campus tour or our October 26th Open House
- Complete the online Application and submit a non-refundable application fee of $100
- Schedule a Shadow Day for your student
- Hosted by a current student the shadow day is an important opportunity for applicants to understand “a day in the life” at Northwest Academy. These typically occur from October through January.
- Submit an artistic response based on the shadow day
- Submit parent and student statements
- Request teacher recommendations
- Request grade reports/transcripts from your student’s current school
- Take our custom admissions assessment
- Northwest Academy does not use the SSAT; our diagnostic testing is written and graded by Northwest Academy instructors.
- Schedule a student interview with faculty
- Interviews typically occur in February.
